2. Introductory provisions
- These terms govern the sale of goods through the javytisknu.cz website, through Instagram direct messages to @ja.vytisknu and by e-mail. If we agree otherwise in writing for a specific order, that agreement applies.
- We sell to consumers and to businesses. The provisions on withdrawal from the contract and on out-of-court dispute resolution apply only to consumers.
- We deliver goods only within the Czech Republic. You can conclude the contract in Czech, Ukrainian or English, depending on the language you order in. Our terms and conditions are available in all three languages with the same content.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Ordering on the website
- You choose and customise the goods on the product page and add them to your basket. In the order, you fill in your contact details and choose the shipping and payment method.
- Before you send the order, you will see an order summary with the total price including shipping and all surcharges. You can check and correct the details in it. You send the order with the “Order with obligation to pay” button.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm by e-mail that we have accepted your order. We attach these terms and conditions to the confirmation as a PDF. We archive the contract.
We are launching orders through the website soon. Until then, the procedure below applies.
Ordering by message or e-mail
- You write to us with what you want. We send you a summary: the product, colours, text or logo, the price including shipping and surcharges, the payment method and the timeframe.
- The contract is concluded when you confirm the summary to us. Until then, you can change anything.
4. Price and payment
- Prices are final. We are not VAT payers, so we add nothing to the price. The price shown at the moment you send the order or confirm the summary applies, even if the price list changes later.
- You can see the shipping price and any cash on delivery (dobírka) surcharge in the order summary before you send the order. An overview is on the Shipping and payment page.
- When you order several items, we give a discount: 5% off 2 or more items, 10% off 5 or more items and 15% off 10 or more items. All items in the order count, including different products. The discount applies only to goods, not to shipping or surcharges.
- Payment methods:
- online in advance through the GoPay payment gateway: by payment card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Card payments are secured by 3-D Secure verification. GoPay processes your card details; we never see them;
- by bank transfer using the QR code we send in the summary (for orders made by message or e-mail);
- cash on delivery when you receive the parcel. We charge a surcharge equal to the fee the carrier charges us: Balíkovna 19 Kč, Zásilkovna 25 Kč. The surcharge applies even when shipping is free. If you pay the full price in advance, you do not pay the surcharge. At a Z-BOX, cash on delivery can only be paid by card. At a Balíkovna parcel box, you pay in advance online through a link that Česká pošta sends you;
- on personal pickup in Prague, in cash or by QR payment.
- For custom-made goods (zboží na míru), you pay in advance either the full price or a deposit (záloha) under Article 5.
- If you have failed to collect a parcel from us in the past and did not withdraw from the contract, we may offer you only payment of the full price online in advance for your further orders.
5. Deposit for custom-made goods
- If your order contains custom-made goods (Article 8), you pay a deposit of 100 Kč, or the full price in advance. The deposit is 100 Kč for the whole order, even if only one item is custom-made.
- The deposit is a part payment of the purchase price. If the order contains more than one item, we count the deposit towards the price of the custom-made item.
- If you do not pay the deposit within 48 hours of the contract being concluded, the contract ends. We will let you know by e-mail or message.
- You pay the rest of the price cash on delivery or on personal pickup.
- If you do not take delivery of custom-made goods, we may set off our claim for costs under Article 7 against the deposit. We will refund to you whatever cannot be set off.
6. Production and delivery
- We print every item only after you order it. For custom-made goods, we send you a preview to approve before printing. We start production after your approval, and the production time runs from your approval. Changes before approval are free, as long as neither the product nor the price changes.
- For other goods, the production time runs from when we receive your payment or, if you pay only on receipt, from when the contract is concluded.
- Production usually takes us 2 working days, 3 at most. When we have a lot of orders, we will tell you a longer timeframe in advance. For orders of 5 or more items, we agree the timeframe with you. We will deliver the goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded or, for custom-made goods, after you approve the preview.
- Shipping methods and prices:
- Balíkovna (pickup point or parcel box): 89 Kč
- Zásilkovna (Packeta) (pickup point or Z-BOX): 109 Kč
- Zásilkovna to your door (home delivery): 149 Kč
- personal pickup in Prague at Želivského metro station: free, time by arrangement.
- Take delivery of the parcel and check it straight away. If the packaging is damaged, make a written record of it with the carrier, or write to us and send a photo.
- Ownership of the goods and the risk of damage to them pass to you when you receive them.
7. Uncollected parcels
- You must take delivery of the parcel (Section 2079(1) of the Czech Civil Code). Not collecting a parcel is not a withdrawal from the contract.
- If the parcel comes back to us uncollected, we will e-mail you and give you an additional period of 7 days to ask us to send it again. We will send it again once you have paid the full price and the new shipping in advance. If you do not get in touch within this period, we will withdraw from the contract.
- If you do not take delivery of the parcel and do not withdraw from the contract, you will reimburse us for the costs we actually incurred: shipping to you, the return of the parcel to us and the carrier’s cash on delivery fee, if it charged one. For custom-made goods, also the cost of making them. We will itemise the costs and support them with the carrier’s price list or invoice.
- We may set off this claim against the deposit or any other amount we are refunding to you.
- If you withdrew from the contract in time under Article 9, the rules on withdrawal apply. Even in that case, you bear the cost of returning the goods.
8. Custom-made goods
- Custom-made goods are goods made to your specifications or adapted to your personal needs: a product with your name or other text, with a logo or image you send us, and a product with a dog breed that we have yet to model to your brief.
- Choosing from the options we offer (for example a breed from the list, a colour, shape or size) does not make goods custom-made.
- You cannot withdraw from a contract for custom-made goods without giving a reason (Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). This does not affect your rights if the goods are defective.
9. Withdrawal from the contract
- As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can also withdraw before you receive them. You do not have this right for custom-made goods (Article 8). If an order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from when you receive the last item.
- Tell us about your withdrawal with a clear statement: by e-mail to ja.natocim@gmail.com, by letter to Yurii Bliusiuk, Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1, or online on the Withdraw from the contract page. You can use the model form you will find there. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the period ends. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without undue delay, including its content and the date and time it was sent.
- Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after you withdraw. You bear the cost of returning the goods. How to return the goods:
- write to us and we will send you a return code for Zásilkovna. With it, you hand in the parcel at any pickup point or Z-BOX. We will tell you the price of the code under the Zásilkovna price list in advance and deduct it from the amount we refund;
- or send the goods by Česká pošta to Yurii Bliusiuk, Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1. At this address we accept only Česká pošta parcels;
- or, by arrangement, hand the goods to us in person in Prague at Želivského metro station.
- Within 14 days of your withdrawal, we will refund all the money we received from you: the purchase price, shipping in the amount of the cheapest delivery method we offer (Balíkovna, 89 Kč) and the cash on delivery surcharge. We will not refund the money before we receive the goods or before you prove to us that you have sent them.
- We will refund the money by the same means we received it. We will refund a cash on delivery or cash payment by transfer to the bank account you give us. By giving us your account number, you agree to this. It costs you nothing.
- You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- If you withdraw from only part of the order, we will not charge you extra shipping afterwards, even if the value of the remaining goods falls below the free shipping threshold.
10. Your rights if goods are defective
- You can notify us of a defect within 2 years of receiving the goods. If a defect appears within 1 year of receipt, the goods are presumed to have been defective when you received them.
- You can ask for a repair or a new item. If that is not possible, or if we do not remove the defect within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a reasonable discount or you can withdraw from the contract. These rights also apply to custom-made goods.
- We will deal with a complaint (reklamace) within 30 days. The procedure, the addresses and what is not a defect are described in our complaints procedure.
11. Files you send us
- When you send us a logo, image or text, you declare that you are entitled to use it and that using it on the product does not infringe the rights of others, in particular copyright and trade mark rights.
- You allow us to use these files free of charge to the extent necessary to make and deliver the goods you ordered and to deal with any complaint.
- We may refuse to produce the goods if we have reasonable doubts that you are entitled to use the file, or if the content is unlawful or offensive. In that case, we will withdraw from the contract and refund everything you have paid.
- If we suffer damage because you breached your obligation under paragraph 1, you will compensate us for it.
12. Personal data
How we process your personal data is described on the Privacy policy page.
13. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- First send any complaint or defect claim to us at ja.natocim@gmail.com. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
- If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer can file a proposal for out-of-court resolution of the dispute with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.gov.cz.
- Consumer protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.gov.cz), and trade licensing by the competent trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad).
14. Final provisions
- The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular the Czech Civil Code (občanský zákoník) and the Czech Consumer Protection Act (zákon o ochraně spotřebitele).
- Each order is governed by the version of these terms in effect when you sent the order or confirmed the summary. You can print this version or save it as a PDF at any time with the button at the top.
- These terms and conditions apply from 16 October 2026.
